Bombay Box from Authentic Models

This intrepid portable storage table was a favorite of the globe trotting British upper crust in the early twentieth century. Traveling across the barren lands of India, or through the lush foliage of the dark continent, did not prevent these elite from enjoying a civilized break for midday tea. This type of campaign furniture was ideally suited for the task, since it could be broken down, transported and set up with relative ease.

Its durable black base and boxed top are constructed from cherry and pine wood. The top includes two small drawers and one large one with brass pulls. They are available in either a distressed black or light honey finish, which provides an appealing contrast to the tabletop and body. As an added bonus, there's a nifty pull out shelf should you need a little extra surface area for biscuits and scones.
