Answers to Questions

We identified important components of our manufacturers' return policies and listed them below for your convenient reference. Specific details can be viewed on the manufacturer's own website. Sale & Custom Items

All sales of promotionally priced items or products that are customized (e.g. upholstery fabric or frame finish) are final. They may not be returned or exchanged, unless there is damage or a product defect.

Subjective Returns

Unless specifically stated in their policy, many manufacturers do not accept undamaged returns. Before you place an order, please take the time to review the product's dimensions to ensure it will easily fit your space and understand that, due to photography and monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from those shown on your screen.

Claim Timeframe

Manufacturers require all claims (damage, defect or subjective) to be filed in a timely manner. The timeframe varies by each manufacturer's return policy.

Financial Implications


Restocking Fees

Manufacturers who do accept subjective returns often charge a restocking fee, since they will have to repackage and warehouse your returned items.

Shipping Costs

For non-defective merchandise returns, you are financially responsible for not only shipping the packages back to the manufacturer, but initial shipping charges as well.

Refunds

Your credit card will be refunded the balance (or you will receive store credit) once the manufacturer has received and processed the return claim.

Aidan Gray

Aidan Gray products have a distinctive aged look and feel, and are not intended to look new. In fact, they should seem like found objects or antique architectural elements. We heavily distress our products, so flaking, chipping, cracking and rusting are intentionally designed into the products and cannot be claimed as defects.

Anji Mountain

Anji Mountain accepts returns for a variety of reasons, but all products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Also, understand that natural fiber rugs and chair mats have inherent irregularities that are part of the item's unique character and charm, so variations in the look of the weave and fiber coloration are normal.

Arteriors

Arteriors accepts returns of damaged or defective merchandise. Non-damaged merchandise returns will incur a restocking fee. If there are errors in the images or descriptions of specific items, we reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances and restrict the return if necessary.

Customer is obliged to closely inspect/allow to be inspected the goods delivered by AM immediately upon delivery. Any potential complaints must be reported to AM within 5 days of delivery, preferably in writing. After the expiry of the aforementioned term the customer’s right to claim non-conformity or claim under warranty legally expires.

If a claim is accepted as valid by AM, the customer must return the goods concerned, freight and insurance paid, to AM within eight days of the delivery date. Unless agreed otherwise, returned goods are only accepted by AM if they are returned in as new condition, as assessed by AM.


Bambrella

Cancelations are accepted for any item from our stock program that is canceled prior to the order being processed for packing and shipping. Cancelations cannot be accepted for any item that is custom ordered after the order is confirmed and deposit is received. Cancelations cannot be accepted for any orders that have already been shipped whether they are still in transit or already received by customer. Bambrella does not accept any subjective returns, all sales are final.

Barbara Cosgrove

Barbara Cosgrove accepts returns for a variety of reasons, as long as all items are returned safely in their original packaging with a return authorization. If an item returned for subjective reasons (e.g. color or size seemed different in person) is delivered to us in a condition where it can't be resold, you will be charged the full price.

Blue Ocean Traders

Blue Ocean Traders accepts returns and exchanges, as long as you retain the original packaging (pallets, boxes, bubble wrap) and provide supporting photographic evidence of the damage to the product and packaging. We will provide confirmation of your claim within 48 hours of receipt and process it within 10 business days.

Go Home employs artisans from around the world to handcraft our unique products, so there will be variations in size, finish and color. These irregularities are considered product character and not defects. We accept returns, as long as the original boxes and packing material are retained, and supporting photography is included.

Jaipur Rugs strives for 100% customer satisfaction, but understands that issues occasionally occur. We recommend that you review your order for damage with the delivery driver present, but we will accept returns that are sent back in their original or equivalent packaging, with an RMA and supporting photography.

Mamagreen highly recommends that customers inspect all products immediately upon delivery. For all claims, we require a copy of the invoice, photos showing the damage or defect, a photo of the barcode or production code, and a written description of the damage or defect.

NyeKoncept accepts defect and buyer's remorse claims, as long as they are submitted in a timely fashion, include a Return Authorization and are received by us in the original packaging within thirty days of delivery. If packages are lost or damaged in transit, claims should be filed through the freight carrier.

Wildwood, Frederick Cooper, Chelsea House and Jonathan Charles accept both subjective and damage/defect returns. Any item returned must be received by us in the same condition it was delivered to you, and include a return authorization.
